  1. At āmod, we want our fragrances to elevate your space. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we’re here to help.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    • Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

    • Condition: To be eligible, candles must be unlit and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

    • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or as part of a "Seconds" or "Sample" event are final sale and cannot be returned.

​Damages & Shipping Issues

    Candles can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged

    1. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

    2. Email us at amodhomes.official@gmail.com or DM us at @amodHomes within 48 hours of delivery.

    3. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 ​business days.

    Product Variations

    Because our products are hand-crafted/small-batch, slight variations in appearance (such as minor frosting or surface texture in candles) are normal and do not affect the fragrance or burn quality and are non-returnable

    Safe Usage & Liability

    By purchasing from āmod, you agree to follow the safety instructions provided on the candle care card and the warning label placed at each vessel.

āmod is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse of our products, including leaving a candle burning unattended or failing to trim the wick.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including the āmod name, logo, fragrance descriptions, and photography, is the property of āmod and may not be used without our written permission.
